By using Kartel Perfumes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order. The content on this site is for general information and is not advice of any kind.

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). If you choose another currency from the header, that is a display conversion for convenience only — the order is charged in cedi.

We may change prices at any time, but never after we have accepted your order. An order is accepted once we send your confirmation; until then it is an offer to buy, and we may decline it — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock or a price was listed in error.

You can pay online through Paystack by card or mobile money, or choose cash on delivery. Card and mobile-money details go to Paystack directly and never reach our servers.

Cash on delivery means the amount is payable to the courier when your order arrives. Stock is held for a limited window while an online payment is being completed; if the payment is not finished in that window the order is released and the stock goes back on sale.

We deliver within Ghana. Delivery costs GHS 15 per order, and is free on orders of 50 bottles or more — counted in bottles, not in value.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location within Ghana. Something outside the estimate is usually the courier rather than the order, and we would rather you asked us than waited.

Unopened bottles in their original packaging, with the seal intact, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The full policy, including how refunds are paid and what happens if something arrives damaged, is on our returns page. Those terms form part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

The Kartel name, our product names, photography, packaging artwork and the contents of this site belong to Kartel Perfumes. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking us first.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Fragrance can irritate sensitive skin. Patch-test anything new, and stop using it if it irritates you. If you have a reaction, tell us — it is how we learn.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are settled in the courts of Ghana.
